Making StampBot (Claude Code working on Phoenix app)

www.stamp-bot.com I'm pleased with how it's going. I tried out gpt agent to assess what we're working with here. I don't think it was the best task for agent mode but the more you know. had some pains getting managed postgres by fly working. After 4 hours or so I feel like i have more of a grasp. You have to proxy use fly mpg proxy if you're trying to do local dev against the managed db. But now i have 2 environments deployable with one simple script and 3 day backups, pretty rad deal honestly.
